Snow on the Window

We had a small breakthrough with Nina today. First we found some Russian Sesame Street DVD's which we played on the computer. She liked that a lot. She still required me to hold her but her whole body felt relaxed into mine. Next Dart started blowing bubbles and to our surprse Nina actually tried to pop them. Then we showed her the snow outside the window-jack pot!!! We had a solid ten minutes of play, glorious, sublime play. No smile but we were getting close THEN.....a MAN comes into the room saying he needs a pasport photo for Nina. Welcome back crying and screaming. 10 minutes after that assault, they come back and take her for medicine, more screaming. Then the parade in and out by the the workers carring in the soup for lunch. Seriously where's Alan Funt?
