We are working with Great Wall China Adoption Agency . We sent our initial application to them back in October 2006 and received our approval two days later.
On December 1, 2006 we signed our official agency agreement with GWCA including what they called their Dragon Dossier Program.
At this time GWCA is projecting a "due date" of late spring 2008.
