China Adoption Update

18 months ago our dossier was officially logged in with the Chinese Center of Adoption Affairs. As of a week ago the CCAA placed children through March 2, 2006. When they get to September 13, 2007 it will be our turn to meet our daughter. But when will that be? During the past 18 months the CCAA has only processed only about 12 weeks worth of dossiers, not a very promising run rate.
