El Salvador...what a view

We are in El Salvador safe and sound.
Today was a travel and prep day. We head out early tomorrow for our first
clinic day.
I was pleasantly surprised to get the bump to first class on
my second flight and even more surprised by our accommodations for the next 5
nights. Somehow when I thought about
staying in a monastery I envisioned something more 15th century!
The place is relatively modern and comfortable and…
